QUALIFICATIONS

Can listen to customer needs and provide accurate solutions
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment that encourages teamwork
Self-disciplined, proactive, and can come to work regularly
Near-native or fluent proficiency in writing and spoken Chinese
Intermediate to advanced English skills, approximately B2 level; can read English texts quickly
Familiar with computer operations and have a good typing speed

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist consumers in resolving their issues through text messaging and voice calls
Help customers in completing cross-border transfers and multi-currency financial services
Maintain customer service system operations and manage consumer data
Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
