  • Must have N2-level proficiency in spoken and spoken Japanese

  • Basic computer operation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Japanese-speaking customers in resolving ticket-related issues
  • Connect and build rapport with customers by actively listening, asking the right questions, and offering solutions
  • Maintain and update customer and system data
  • Maintain excellent and reliable attendance record
