RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inquiries and assist customers in completing online foreign exchange self-service forms
  • Maintain customer service system operations and manage consumer data
  • Connect and build rapport with members by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions
  • Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
