  • Language skills, must be either:
    • Proficient in Chinese with intermediate skills in English; or
    • Proficient in English with intermediate skills in Chinese
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule
  • With basic computer skills
  • Able to manage stress and can adapt to different work situations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist global customers in resolving their issues through text and voice communication
  • Maintain customer service system operations and manage consumer data
  • Continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction through excellent customer service skills
