QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or equivalent work experience in management or training in team management is a plus, with experience:
    • As a team leader or supervisor in a customer service program
    • In the fintech industry or program preferred but not required
    • In handling financial docs (invoices, receipts, billing statements, etc.) or customer service program handling billing or finance-related concerns
    • In data entry and analysis is preferred but not a requirement, especially if the previous criteria are met
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Excellent in written and spoken English— able to respond via communication channels (slack, viber, skype, MS Teams)
  • Good technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to adjust to critical situations with appropriate solutions
  • Willing to work onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold the company’s and program’s missions to create an inspiring work environment with an open communication culture
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team
  • Motivate team members
  • Identify training needs and opportunities
  • Conduct coaching sessions and meetings
  • Provide feedback and performance improvement plans
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Spearhead creating templates for the team
  • Perform other tasks as required by the program and the company
