QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree or equivalent work experience in management or training in team management is a plus, with experience:
- As a team leader or supervisor in a customer service program
- In the fintech industry or program preferred but not required
- In handling financial docs (invoices, receipts, billing statements, etc.) or customer service program handling billing or finance-related concerns
- In data entry and analysis is preferred but not a requirement, especially if the previous criteria are met
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent in written and spoken English— able to respond via communication channels (slack, viber, skype, MS Teams)
- Good technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to adjust to critical situations with appropriate solutions
- Willing to work onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold the company’s and program’s missions to create an inspiring work environment with an open communication culture
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team
- Motivate team members
- Identify training needs and opportunities
- Conduct coaching sessions and meetings
- Provide feedback and performance improvement plans
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Spearhead creating templates for the team
- Perform other tasks as required by the program and the company
