QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Create and manage knowledge-sharing platforms
• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure data relevance and applicability
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using technological tools
• Promote knowledge sharing through the organization’s processes, systems and departments/units by helping develop and strengthen links between them to facilitate exchange of information
• Design and deliver training sessions on knowledge management best practices and software to employees at all levels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in knowledge management to ensure the effectiveness of the company’s knowledge management strategy
