QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2–3 years of management experience as a Group Team Leader or in a role overseeing Team Leaders
- A strong track record of leading teams, coordinating workflows, and driving results in a professional environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of performance evaluations or team development strategies
- Background in handling client interactions and resolving escalated concerns, particularly in roles that involve external communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure team adherence to company policies
- Set team targets and ensure effective execution through ongoing monitoring and leadership huddles
- Manage and evaluate Team Leaders’ performance, including coaching, mentoring, and development planning
- Monitor team progress and report issues to the Program Manager and relevant departments
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation
- Strategize employee motivation through rewards and recognition initiatives
- Conduct regular Client Business Reviews, including creating reports and presentations in coordination with internal departments
- Prepare and manage accurate and timely reports
- Perform other tasks as required by the company and the program
