QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2–3 years of management experience as a Group Team Leader or in a role overseeing Team Leaders
- A strong track record of leading teams, coordinating workflows, and driving results in a professional environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of performance evaluations or team development strategies
- Background in handling client interactions and resolving escalated concerns, particularly in roles that involve external communication
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership. Inspire and motivate, help build a positive work environment, and empower Team Leaders.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation. Assist in establishing measurable goals and objectives. Help in developing and implementing strategies to achieve those goals, while monitoring progress and providing feedback to management when adjustments are necessary.
- Task Delegation and Resource Management. Delegate tasks based on business needs, ensure Team Leaders have the resources and skills to work effectively, and monitor deadlines of tasks.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation. Track performance metrics, conduct weekly performance reviews, and recognize and reward top performers.
- Coaching and Feedback. Provide regular feedback, provide guidance, and support to develop team leader skills.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Attendance and Schedule Management. Track and manage team attendance and manages and approves time-off requests of Team Leaders
- Perform other tasks as required by the campaign
