QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support for an online product
- Good technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- At least 2 years of experience using Zendesk or a similar tool for email and chat support
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- A critical thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to empathize with users and create a positive user experience
- With an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
- Open-minded and prepared to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Willing to work in Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Email Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for answering customer’s questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues.
- Assist customers via email, answering their questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues
- Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions
- Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets
- Perform other tasks as required by the client
