QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service and high-volume call center environment
- Passion for delighting customers and providing excellent service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to exercise empathy and diplomacy
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
- Experience using CRM and communication tools such as Zendesk, Slack
- Ability to work autonomously as a self-directed remote employee
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask, able to achieve accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to quickly learn and retain processes and policies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service, contact solutions, and respond quickly through phone, email, and live chat
- Embody client standards for quality service and incorporate its culture into every customer interaction
- Gain expertise on the client’s products and services over time to ensure exceptional service is delivered
- Provide accurate product details and recommendations to customers in a thoughtful and empathetic manner
- Assist customers with order placement, status updates, and order modifications
- Apply strong writing skills to account documentation, email communication, and internal notes
- Meet or exceed all key performance indicators and quality standard as outlined in the performance goals
- Notify department leads and managers on issues, order errors, customer concerns, or obstacles to successfully meet customer needs
