MAKATI CITY, Philippines, March 31- Open Access BPO has opened a new operations site in Makati City, Philippines. This expansion is in response to the multilingual outsourcing firm’s recent growth.
“Our team grew significantly despite the restrictions of the pandemic.” Open Access BPO CEO Ben Davidowitz stated. “And as we resume on-site operations, we need to expand our production workspace to support our new programs and their growing needs.”
Located in the Robinsons Summit Center (RSC), Open Access BPO’s new Makati office has a 990-sq/m floor area with a 198-seat capacity. Similar to its other sites, the company invested in designing the new space with comfort and functionality in mind, ensuring it also complies with international data security standards.
“In addition to business and security requirements, we made sure that the new office fits the employees’ needs,” company President Henry Chang added. “It’s in the middle of the country’s major business district with multiple transportation options and surrounded by commercial and food establishments.”
Open Access BPO’s new Manila campus is in the Robinsons Summit Center, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. This is the company’s seventh global office.
