Multilingual call center Open Access BPO recently relaunched its employee fitness program last May 8, 2024 with a beginner-friendly yoga session held on the terraces of its Makati office.
Led by wellness specialist and Yoga Instructor Zee Villarin, the session focused on promoting relaxation and overall well-being among employees.
Yoga is recognized for its physical and mental health benefits, offering stress relief and improved focus, which are especially helpful for our customer-facing teams.
This session is part of the outsourcing firm’s commitment to employee health and wellness, following the hiatus of similar programs halted by the pandemic.
It serves as the first in a series of many wellness activities designed to take place in the company’s newly launched 7th floor community spaces.
Future programs like Rope Flow, Zumba classes, as well as many other upcoming health and wellness activities, are also in the works, further enriching the program’s offerings.
This relaunch signifies Open Access BPO’s dedication to fostering a supportive and healthy work environment for employees.
