To cap off 2024, employees at Open Access BPO, a multilingual outsourcing firm, dedicated their final weekend to spreading holiday cheer by sharing meal with vulnerable members of the community.

On December 27, volunteers from the company’s various teams and departments gathered in the company cafeteria to prepare hot rice meals. With the assistance of company drivers, the volunteers then embarked on a mission to distribute these warm meals to homeless individuals throughout Makati City.

The outreach program brought smiles to approximately 150 grateful recipients, many of whom were pleasantly surprised by this unexpected act of kindness as the year drew to a close.

Community outreach programs have become an annual tradition at Open Access BPO, deeply rooted in the company’s core value of “Doing the Right Thing.” By actively engaging in initiatives that positively impact the community, the company fosters a culture of compassion and earns the respect and admiration of both employees and clients.

This recent initiative builds on the success of last Easter’s feeding program in Poblacion, Makati. Open Access BPO demonstrates a commitment to community outreach that extends far beyond the borders of the city and encompasses a wide range of initiatives.

Open Access BPO’s commitment to community extends beyond the borders of Makati. For the past two years, the multilingual call center has actively engaged with the community of Buscalan in Kalinga, the renowned home of legendary tattoo artist Apo Whang-Od.

The company has also engaged in various philanthropic endeavors, including:

  • Supporting Vulnerable Children. Open Access BPO has consistently provided assistance to orphanages, ensuring the well-being of young individuals in need.
