Open Access BPO Awarded by Robinsons Land for Outstanding Workspaces

Open Access BPO was recognized with the Prime Occupier Award by leading commercial property developer Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) for its exceptional commitment to designing employee-centric workspaces and optimizing its offices at the Robinsons Summit Center (RSC) in Makati City.

The award was presented during the unveiling of RSC’s newly renovated lobby on December 12, 2024.

RLC Vice President for Leasing JP Balboa shared why Open Access BPO stood out among tenants: “We decided to give the recognition of the Prime Occupier Award to Open Access BPO because you have the most space in the building,” he said. “And because you have the biggest office space, you generate the most number of jobs.”

Balboa also emphasized that Open Access BPO’s thoughtful office designs and commitment to fostering exceptional employee experiences made it a standout tenant.

RLC Lease Director Leo Sorita echoed these sentiments, sharing on social media: “RSC is honored to have Open Access BPO as one of its valued tenants. Your success reflects the excellence and dedication you bring to our community.”

Open Access BPO Vice President Joy Sebastian received the award and expressed her gratitude, stating: “Receiving the Prime Occupier Award from Robinsons Land is a significant honor and a reflection of our commitment to creating a world-class workplace for our talented employees. It’s a testament to their hard work and dedication, and we are immensely proud of their contributions to our success.”

RSC Unveils Newly Renovated Lobby

The event also showcased RSC’s newly redesigned lobby, featuring polished marble floors, sleek wood accents, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light.

The lobby’s centerpiece is a grand clock with a crystal chandelier. The clock displays the four time zones of Manila, Dubai, New York, and London—cities where Filipino talent shines the brightest.

In his speech during the event, RLC Senior Vice President & Business Unit General Manager Jericho Go said the new lobby inspires confidence, creativity, and pride.

“The Robinsons Summit Center lobby is not just a space; it’s a statement. It represents our belief that the Filipino workforce is world-class and capable of standing alongside the best on the global stage.”

Open Access BPO and RSC’s Partnership

Open Access BPO has been a longstanding tenant of the RSC, but the partnership with RLC deepened significantly in early 2024. This milestone came when Open Access BPO consolidated its workforce within RSC, officially designating the building as its Manila headquarters.

Having established its initial production offices on the 21st floor, Open Access BPO’s operations gradually spread to the 19th and 32nd floors.

Later in the year, the company unveiled its 7th-floor cafeteria and lounge. This space, designed for employees relaxation and productivity, boasts a dedicated concessionaire, a cafe with skilled baristas, and ample amenities to facilitate breaks, meetings, and social events.

With operations now spanning four floors, Open Access BPO has established itself as a cornerstone tenant of RSC.

Balboa expressed his appreciation for the company’s decision to make RSC its headquarters: “To us, it’s a testament to the trust and confidence that you have in the location. It inspires us to be a premier partner for Open Access BPO in the years to come.”
