Health is wealth. We advocate mind and body wellness, and athletics to keep our employees happy and healthy.
Every October, we curate special events and activities to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our customer service teams.
We’ve rewarded some of our top runners and performers with a company-sponsored trip to participate in the TCS New York City Marathon.
As equality advocates, we hold Pride Month initiatives, including employee features centered on essential topics for the LGBTQI+ community, Pride March and sponsorship, and other activities.
Open Access BPO highlights the important contributions of women in the workforce through employee features, special events, and other educational series throughout March.
Our employees get to kick back and bond with their co-workers at the end of a busy work week. Live music, good food, raffle prizes, and great conversations await them at Happy Hour.
